Thinking About Building?

Before you go any further let us clarify a few very  important and  oftentimes misunderstood facts:

1) You absolutely DO NOT get a better price if you do not have representation.

2) The builder representative you meet in a model DOES NOT work on your behalf!

3) If you go into a model home unrepresented and do not tell them you have an agent, you CANNOT ask to have one later on.

4) DO NOT make the mistake of thinking the county inspector checking on your home a handful of times during the process is the same as an independent home inspection!
